Refund policy

For any reason, customers can return the order. MOONX LUXURY refunds within 7 days from the receipt.

• Items must be returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed and with the return tag still attached.
• The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received.
• Unboxing video is required for return or replace.

All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please WhatsApp at- 7827667231

Please Note that we replace/exchange products only by taking the shipping charges (rs. 100/-) but in case of refund we deduct rs.250/- and refund rest of the money.

If the prepaid orders are cancelled before shipping rs 100/- will be deducted.
Once the order is shipped, we will deduct rs 200/-

If you exchange the sunglass for lower value of sunglass, No money will be refunded!
