With this program, you can return your MoonX sunglasses within 3 months of purchase and receive 50% store credit based on your order value. This credit can then be used to purchase any other product from our website.
Here’s how it works:

Your sunglasses must be in good condition, with no damage to the frame or lenses.

Before sending the product, you’ll need to share clear images and videos for approval.

A ₹150 handling fee will be charged for processing and reverse pickup. Alternatively, you can ship the product directly to our warehouse and skip the fee.

Once received, the product will go through a quality check. If it passes, your credits will be issued. If not, we’ll send it back to you.
